Today i was at a conference where the theme was Crisis Versus Opportunities.
There was Dr. Alarcão Troni, Pedro Pinto the TVI journalist, António Varela from the information of the new technologies, Rotiv General Director of Rotmusica and Quintino Aires psychologist and writer.
The objective of the conference was to aware us about our future career. Something that was discussed and I think that was important is that people are starting to save more money and thinking more in theirselves. People are beginning to feel that they should believe more in themselves and fight for them, the concept of family is changing and we must face it. People will not have more fixed jobs, instead they will get a several works. It's going to be normal to get out of a job, for example Rotiv is the general director from his company Rotmusica but he has also more 6 jobs in the area of marketing, audio and more!
The biggest problems about the fail of several companies was that they have always tried to be something that they aren't. It's like the big families that show to the media that they are a perfect family, giving love and kisses all the time but inside it's all crap and it's like companies that fail.
Story moral: We must work more, study more, have more working areas, know something of everything, be a graduate, never give up at something that we believe, be more creative because with this crisis people are starting to save more money and they are tired of seeing the same thing everyday, to do the same thing and always be the same, we need to get more creative and risky to make something that is different and allways seek the niche markets.
